Reiki Level 1 Workshop

Reiki Level 1 is taught over two days, usually a weekend. Workshops start at 10am and will go on until 5pm approx

During the two days you will be attuned to the Reiki energy, and you will be shown how to give Reiki to yourself and friends, family and pets.

A Reiki manual is given to each participant which includes all the materials covered over the weekend. The manual also provides useful reference material for further reading once the course is over.

A follow up meeting is provided as part of the course; the meeting is approximately two hours long and will take place within the first month after completion of the workshop. The meeting allows participants to ask questions and discuss their experiences since the workshop with Gillian. There will also be an opportunity to practice Reiki on each other at the meeting.

A Reiki Level 1 Certificate of Completion is awarded at the end of the workshop.

(Reiki Level 1 certificate cannot be used to practice Reiki professionally)

This is not a residential weekend. There are tea/coffee and lunch breaks each day. Lunch is not included in the price of the course.
